The Susan Kennedy Drink Recipe

25ml Scotch Whiskey
1tsp Clear Honey
1 Early Grey Tea Bag
Pinch of Cumin
1 Measure Clear Apple Juice
4 Measures Ginger Ale
Crushed Ice
Add all ingredients in a shaker except for the ginger ale. Stir gently. Leave for a few minutes so
that the Earl Grey can perfume, remove tea bag, and add ginger ale. Pour and serve in a slim jim glass with ice and a lemon
wedge.
