Bourbon

       Bourbon is an American whiskey that's made primarily of corn.  Other ingredients include wheat, rye, and barley.  The grain is fermented, distilled and then sealed in barrels.  It's aged in charred oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years(most are aged for four or more years).  All bourbon is whiskey but all whiskey is NOT bourbon.
